These lists include individuals involved in terrorist activities, money laundering, illegal imports, fraud against government agencies, violations of federal banking regulations and fugitives from justice.

Credit Report
Good indicator of character and financial responsibility. Includes current and former reported addresses, reported employment, credit summary of public record filings including liens, judgments, bankruptcies, types of credit, creditor and amount owed, and current and previous collection activity.
Recommended: Employment Screening - Management/executive level positions, employees whom will have access to company assets, company financial information (such as accounting or bookkeeping tasks), or otherwise handling cash transactions. Tenant Screening - All prospective tenants.

Civil Record Search
7yr search by county in the upper and lower court of the county seat. Search is conducted by searching under Defendant name. Typical results will include case number, case type, claim amount, case disposition, and judgments.
Recommended: To detect any law suits, paternity suits, domestic disputes, divorce, restraining orders, etc. and to identify any court settlements that would indicate a risk when hiring an applicant.
Turnaround Time: 1-3 Business Days (depends on the jurisdictions searched)
Worker's Compensation History
Allows you to determine whether a current employee has a previous record or history of filing workers’ compensation claims in the state being searched. In addition, it may reveal specific injuries that could hinder them from performing certain activities.
Recommended: Labor intensive positions or manufacturing positions.
