Terms of Sale

Shipping: All products are available for US residents only and shipped via Federal Express Ground (NO POST OFFICE BOX DELIVERY), unless overnight delivery is indicated. For the protection of our customers, we perform an address verification on all orders and will only ship packages to the matching addresses on file of the preferred credit card. If you would like your order to go elsewhere (other than your billing address), please contact your Credit Card Company and list an alternate shipping address with them before placing your order. This can be accomplished by calling the 800 number on the back of your credit card.

Limited Warranty: We will repair or replace any defective product within (90) ninety days from date of purchase.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item is defective. Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion. No funds will be returned. A representative of Ekeholm and Associates, LLC must authorize any return and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained in advance from Ekeholm and Associates, LLC.
